Position Details: 
  • Assist in the development and budget related to enterprise-wide, strategic marketing plan
  • Assist senior management in establishing marketing and sales goals, along with methods to qualify and quantify marketing successes
  • Develop and execute marketing programs to support specific business objectives across Hartig Drug Company in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
  • Market through various channels (i.e., digital, etc.) and segment databases working with large data sets of a private and confidential nature including but not limited to protected health information (“PHI”)
  • Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
  • Evaluate the impact of ongoing marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives
  • Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and measuring results
  • Partner with and oversee relationships with vendors, customers, and local business, non-profit endeavors, and community leaders
  • Plan, develop, and execute external communication including press release, advertisements, and other marketing collateral in coordination with business operations and senior management.
  • Keep abreast on industry trends and standards
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, through improved systems and processes
  • Improve and increase paid search marketing and executing on media planning and buying in display, paid social medial plus targeting.  Strong experience in Google Ads. 
  • Develop and maintain brand standards guide for internal and external use
  • Lead social strategy, planning and execution
Experience: 
  • Experience building marketing programs and reporting on the results (retail and/or healthcare preferred)
  • Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to travel as necessary
Skills: 
  • E-commerce experience
  • Photography experience and graphic design experience
     
Education: 
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing (retail and/or health care preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or similar
