Position Details: 

•    Design produce and coordinate marketing communication materials such as ads, signage, sales flyers, ads, promotional items, flyers, and more.
•    Edit and resize product and/or other photos to be used in print or digital marketing materials
•    Photograph products, stores, Hartig Drug employees, and/or events for use in marketing material
•    Establish and maintain a library of photographs for current and future use
•    Coordinate and design displays for product photoshoots
•    Schedule and coordinate marketing store visits to become familiar with Hartig Drug products and people to establish content ideas for social medial platforms, print marketing, digital marketing, and website
•    Create and distribute email marketing pieces through email marketing software
•    Assist with posting updates, content, blogs, and advertisements on Hartig Drug’s website
•    Support and assisting in maintaining Hartig Drug social media accounts including but not limited to posting updates, responding to messages, designing ads, formulating ideas, monitoring engagement, and creating content through collaboration with the marketing team
•    Assist with streamlining company social media accounts ensuing uniform content, branding, and tone
•    Build social media ads driving engagement across platforms
•    Provide regular reporting on coupon redemption and social media growth
•    Communicate effectively with third party vendors including but not limited to printers, digital advertisers, etc.
•    Attending marketing meetings on a weekly basis and other meetings as necessary
•    Uphold timeless regarding marketing/ad calendars, design projects, and social media, making changes when necessary
•    Maintain and increase the number of social media followers and engage potential and current customers
•    Additional duties as assigned

  • Background in graphic design, social media, marketing, or other related background
  • Adobe Creative Suite Experience (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) required
  • Photography skills preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and familiarity with key social media tools
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
  • Must be timely, dependable and must notify supervisor of schedule changes
  • An ability to consistently demonstrate our values of insight, hard work, and effectiveness in personal approach to work
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Videography and Adobe Premiere Pro skills preferred, but not required
