Hartig Drug launches Rewards program

Hartig Drug has launched a Rewards program as a way to say thank you to our loyal customers.

The Rewards program is an opt-in program that allows Hartig Drug customers to earn points on purchases made at Hartig Drug retail stores.  For each dollar spent the customer will receive 1 point.  Each time the customer accumulates 250 points, Hartig Drug will mail the customer $5 in Hartig Cash that can be used on the customers next purchase.

Whitford Pharmacy Joins Hartig Drug

Whitford Pharmacy in Darlington, WI has merged with Hartig Drug Company.   Whitford officially joined the Hartig Drug team on November 29th, 2010.

Hartig Welcomes Clingman Pharmacy

Hartig Drug is pleased to announce the purchase of Clingman Pharmacy in Galena Illinois.  Clingman Pharmacy is a family owned pharmacy that has been operating under several different owners since 1832.  The purchase of Clingman pharmacy will function as a merger between Hartig and Clingman and is a good fit for both, as both of our businesses are well established in the community.

JFK Expansion - New Store Now Open!

The Expansion and slight relocation of Hartig Drug on JFK in Dubuque has been completed and the employee’s of Hartig Drug would like to welcome customers to come explore the new store.  The expansion project which expanded the original store (opened in the1970’s) from 11,000 to 15,000 square feet was a huge success and includes a much needed modern design.  The expansion included the addition of a double drive-thru for the pharmacy, an expanded food and beverage department, soda fountains, an updated photo area and much more.
