Essential Job Functions

  • Process daily operating reports from retail stores
  • General Ledger entry and balancing of company accounts
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Assist store staff with problems and issues related to daily reports
  • Assist with various projects and tasks as requested
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Portrays the company in a positive image
  • Accounts Payable duties as assigned
  • Process daily cash transfers
  • Required to abide by all rules, ¬†regulations and policies ¬†of the employer
  • Assist with other departments as needed
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Willing to learn and do new things
  • Minimum two year associates degree in accounting or comparable work experience
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Good organizations skills
  • Good customer service skills
